Visited Iceland back in 2018 and did a drop-in class at Crossfit Reykjavik! Didn't meet Annie, Katrin or Sara, but I did get the last one of their old shirts and enjoyed their amazing sauna/hot tub setup in the backroom (thought you'd show a peek). Did that same continental fissure snorkel as well! Stunning country! Hope you all made it over to the Jökulsárlón Iceberg Lagoon - one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen in my life.

I took a break from CrossFit. I wasnt able to go during pandemic [obvi], but have just been afraid to go back, fighting some sports anxiety, fighting with my body and trying to be active again, and made the big decision to back/restart ballet as an adult. I have been a subscriber for years but havent been seeing videos for a few years since I was staying away from cf. But these past weeks I've been binging your videos and it just reminds me how fun crossfit can and should be, and how great the communities are out there.
