y'all always bring such good energy. long time follower who has never commented...i come from endurance sport and 90% of what i do is long distance cardio (running, cycling, swimming)...you guys are a bit out of left field for me as far as fitness content goes but remain the only channel i follow that isn't centered in my primary disciplines. you guys keep it entertaining, educational and eclectic and i love it so much...keeps me inspired to give my all to lifting and cross training in my other 10% of training. thanks for the hypeeeee!!!
