Hi. I just received my buugeng as a birthday present and I love the way you teach it. Will my wrist strength and flexibility improve with practice? How long should I practice a day that won't over work my wrists? Thank you in advance

Sorry for my delayed reply here. Take your time and work in small increments. When I first got the Buugeng in this video, I could only practice at 5 minute intervals. What your body will learn over time is how to be more physically efficient, in terms of the energy needed to perform each movement. It just takes time. If you want to get serious into the training of this prop, do some short intervals with rest periods afterwards over a designated period of time. In the very beginning, I would train for a half hour, 5 minutes on, 5-10 minutes off. Disengage your wrists and hands entirely during that break period. Good luck :)
