Indeed, we are surprised that one could complain about a bonus feature: an independent house, with its own gate, spanning 300m² and fully equipped, being included in the price. Additionally, the building opposite the château, behind the row of trees, which contains 10 apartments-8 of which are already rented-is also part of the offer. And, in fact, it’s not an issue at all since these can be purchased separately if desired. It's the art of finding something to criticize when you're being presented with the crème de la crème of what French real estate has to offer.

Beautiful rooms, but why did you avoid showing the kitchen on ground floor, most of the footage was repeating the 2 sitting rooms. If you have all that time, show us all the rooms so we get a good survey. 350sqm should have more to see.

OMG it was sooooooo perfect until you pointed out the literal apartment complex right on the property, adjacent to the main house???? Headaches galore!!!! I was once married to a slum lord I don't care where you are, in the world, rentals are problematic. I feel, if you can afford this home you really don't need to supplement rental money for the upkeep-seems a little ....

So, there's absolutely no obligation to continue renting out these apartments. In fact, they might not even be included in the sale, but they do generate a very comfortable income. Additionally, these apartments have a separate driveway, with a wall and a hedge of trees that completely hide them from the château. Furthermore, there’s also a fully independent 300m2 house, fully equipped, with its own entrance and gate, which again, is perfect either for renting out or for hosting family and friends. It's currently unoccupied. In short, having these outbuildings and so many possibilities is not an issue at all, but rather a huge plus for this property, which is already extremely well-priced. And contrary to your statement, we have many clients who, while very financially comfortable, are happy to generate additional income when they arrive in France, either through long-term rentals or through tourism-related activities.
