Tanner copes with fear: crack jokes and hide behind things. Matt when excited: Voice volume increases and he and says 'yo/dude' a lot. He calms down when he's required to explain things/educate people. When Woods is angry: He moves his vision around, avoiding the source of anger and just ceases speech. (after trying to explain why the things are stupid) I loved every minute of this video. A doper for sure.

Guys this simple exercise has now shown to me the way that woods is always so calm and collective. He has a better grasp and understanding and control of how his emotions work than the most of us, but I'm not even sure he knows that. When he started getting worked up about the hot sauce, if you noticed as he started to get worked up he stopped himself breathed in and restarted his thought at his normal level of explanation and immediately the heart rate went down. my favorite is the end. the snakes are beautiful. we had a festival last weekend and we had someone who has animals and snakes and sorts come up for an evening and the next morning with the animals. they had three corn snakes and one of them was an albino corn snake. such a beautiful animal. then there was a boa constrictor that was about 30 pounds and a python. i honestly loved them all and seeing the three snakes that had been brought for dope or nope had me really jealous!

I do this regularly with garter snakes in our yard because we have dogs and our neighbors have dogs. Tanner, if you want to see cuter spiders than that “Garfield” spider you had, look at jumping spiders. They’re harmless, have, what some would say, cute eyes, and seem more “aware” than most spiders. Like they’ll gently jump onto your hand if you politely hold it out. I used to be scared of spiders too, but seeing jumping spiders allowed me to appreciate the small creatures around us that allow our ecosystem to thrive. Soon, I began to view larger spiders and appreciate them for their unique beauty, some of them are very colorful and I find it incredible that such a small creature can have such a striking color pattern.
