I love "real" FPV quads but to be honest I still plan to buy Avata 2 (or Avata 3 probably in 2026) due to simplicity of the design. No need to carry heavy lipo charger, everything fits into small bag, in the backpack you cannot break VTX antennas that hangs out from the back, I can charge everything in the car via USB-C cable, drone can stay in the air and take-off from hand where terrain is bumpy. Of course Cinelog will fly better but if you are more cinematic video guy like me for 80% of time I don't need it.

Love the videos, specifically the Cinebot v2 and Avata 2 vids, they helped me make my decision and settle on pre-ordering the V3!

Would a naked go pro still ride smooth enough for real estate/cinematic flight or is the O4 truly good enough to not need an action cam?

Yes for a decased GoPro. But try 04 first. Same grommets I believe. You get extras also.

How would this go with a lion pack for getting more cruising time?

My guess is, probably great. But ive never flown anything smaller than a 5 inch. But my 5 and 7 fly great on Zohd Li Ion packs, around 30 minutes of slow cruising or cinematic flights, or shorten the time by 10-15 minutes by flying more aggressively.

DJI FPV controller 2 is not compatible with the googles 3.
