i remember a few years ago intrest rates were 1.75% now this dude at 4% and a 3k fee thinks is a great deal? shocking!

In todays market they are good deals, I wish we could go back to 1.75% same as you. Last year rates were 6% so moving in the right direction.

I think the 1% deposit is not as appealing and attractive as it looks you will just get hit with higher interest and fees costs and it will take longer to pay the mortgage off I’d rather put a bigger deposit down on a house or flat and have a shorter mortgage 😊😊😊

I think it gets you started, you can build equity and move onto a better mortgage down the line.

Hi Omar Thanks for your message and firstly sorry you did not get your log in details to the training. I can see you e-mailed my team on 26th Jan and 29th which we replied to resending your log in details. It looks like you have a University email address, I would imagine their firewall has blocked out emails. I dont think so, there are too many people needing property to rent already. Also the Government are not great at sharing how these things work a lot of people wont know it exists.

I've already been getting 5 year fixed at 4.49% with no fee on a 75% LTV from TMW for about 2 weeks now this is on their higher rate category.
