I saw man 👀, you need to post more about it😍, those gen 1s are special and quite rare now ps. It’s a classic 😉 Yes I know about the heating 😂🙃, just don’t drive like a Koos and service your coolant system regularly and you will be sorted 🙌

@@barnbuilds25 I'll be honest, I'm really leaning towards the 3.5 petrol - too many head gasket stories with the 2.8 and if a turbo kaks, then it's even more cash monies yo

@@andrewgillougley8479 not going to lie it isn’t a bad choice , I mean I blew my head in the middle of the desert in 45 degree heat. Then again you hear stories of people not having problems what so ever 🤷🏻♂️ it’s so hard to be 100% sure on previous maintenance 🙃

Just blew the engine in mine. Drove the hardest winters and hottest summers all over Lebanon for 3 yrs in this beast

Maan that’s crazy 🤕, what exactly happened ?
@soscorpio90122 жыл бұрын
@@barnbuilds25 the crankshaft gave out. I daily rally this car, every road in Lebanon from the sealed to unsealed are unique and twisty. I've been the safety car for 2 winters straight, we live on a 1400m altitude and are no strangers to 3m snow. I fang this car like there is no tomorrow. Coming from Australia the road laws are lawless here. I'm going to miss this beast. Would love to share some photos. But for now you can try find drone view of Kadisha valley Lebanon, my home. Or Hasroun Lebanon. Too get an idea of the terrain we live in. Its literally heaven on earth.

They are Great reliable cars 💪🏻 If you are getting a 2.8 tdi, make sure the cooling system has been gone over, new water pump, radiator cleaned or new. They like to cook their heads if this isn’t done. Other than that the are really reliable and great cars 💪🏻
