When I first got my 650 dollar 90' LS400, the right passenger side carpet (no floor mat) had what presumably looked like dried up blood caked on to the carpet mad thick it made a hard coating you could knock on.

@@collectingmodernclassiccar9771 yeah it was a great car until someone totaled it in a nissan few months ago, bought a 1991 Toyota Celsior to replace it.

I’d try doing a test spot with some leather conditioner and the mini polisher, I think it might help rehydrate the leather nicely then any cracking that’s very apparent you can try to redye it

Just feeding the leather with a sponge made a big difference almost immediately. After applying a few ‘courses’ by morning the leather was much, much improved. The mini polisher is an interesting idea though… 👍
