is the horse farm income enough to pay the mortgage on a $1360000 Note? In other states farmers pay half of the tax on property because they producing food..Will a horse farm have a favorable tax brake? or do I have to change to produce food for that? With all the million dollars neiboring houses the taxes in this farm could be insane unless there is a farming tax brake.

Good Questions - The numbers are subjective to the individual property (horse farm) you identify. In this case, the horse farm I highlight is close to the city making the the land more valuable. In short, the numbers don't work to support the expenses as well as a horse farm in a more rural area. Thank you for your inquiry.
