Good first video. You present clearly and that’s what matters the rest will get better with practice. You have proved you don’t need fancy equipment. Congrats on the new house. If your contract has a two month completion window be prepared for it to be at the end of that period. I wanted a carpet like yours .... I just wasn’t brave enough to go that light

Hi love, congrats on the new home! With mcdermott is it only the kitchen flooring that's included and you pay extra for all other flooring in the other rooms? X

Hi Emma, thank you! Well initially we were told all flooring was included but upon full reservation when we fully paid for the options also they then told us that flooring wasn’t included as an incentive and we had to pay full. We chose vinyl and the top spec carpets and paid for this ourselves x

Looking forward to watching your content. Youv such a lovely way about you .House will be amazing I'm sure. Nothing beats getting your first home. Moving from apartment to 3 bed house in January. Exciting but itsnerve wracking waiting n hoping nothing gets delayed or cancelled. Already had one fall through month before moving. Gonna wait till I get in to decide colours n decor. Was finding it really hard to pick without knowing how the lighting hits etc.
