living in saudi here, the reason zain is the cheapest is because their internet is terrible in jeddah and most people know that, but in other cities like madinah for example its pretty good!!

STC is the oldest sim service here and maybe the first. I remember clearly mobily comes second then comes zain they're new. But stc is oldest and better!
