I was wondering do you wear sunblock on your pigment patches as I have a sister who has it and she always wear sunblock. I hate cold water so I don't swim in the sea. My sister she lives in glandstone she sent me of a croc in the sea . No way would I swim there. Your wetsuit looks good plus yr raff shirt.

I don't worry about things like my skin. That would be like colouring in for hours. It's not worth my time as my energy is too limited to waste on some things. 22q has too many protocols to keep up with hence why I have a lot of carers. I do the same as others. I love swimming so much that the wetsuit means I can in cold water. Yes the rashy is very good sun protection. I've been swimming since I was a tiny baby. I need to for muscle tone to keep me strong as I'm very bedridden. So it helps that I love swimming I guess lol. Lots of love Dy xxx PS my skin is getting worse no matter what so I don't worry.
