The way Alex noted he was going to head to the pizza place at 7:30 seemed like a subtle invite that it'd be okay to join them - I think otherwise he'd just have said something like 'maybe see you there'. Would have been cool, but regardless it was probably cool to side with caution and just give them their space.

I think I heard that Hulk #5(1st Titan) from a few years ago sold well over 100k copies, that was right after the hype 1st app of Tosin which was selling for $50-$100 raw. Return of Wolverine 1(2017) has 1:1000 McFarlane and McNiven variants they sold a ton of those.

Alex is right on the ball. Cgc is what we call a mafia. They will grade your book and then ask you for a % of that book to tell you it’s a ? Grade.. How about grade for a flat fee? Oooh no that isn’t in our best interest right..

To be fair these grading companies are taking huge risks and liabilities if anything happens while your collectible is in their possession and they have to pay you out. And they pay out a lot already for mistakes and probably have high insurance rates. It's still an extortion fee don't get me wrong.
