Hey Michael! These seats are suspension seats so there are no certifications. There are no FIA or SFI sanction requirements for Off-road use.

@@mikaelgaiason688 We sell aftermarket off-road seats for UTVs, Jeeps, Pre-Runners, and anything else people think of. What the owner does with the seats and where they drive with them is on them. We offer FIA-certified seats for those that are racing and want something with certification. The FIA seats are all fiberglass composite. The suspension seats are powder-coated steel and assembled here in California. We've been doing this since 1997. Hope this clarifies your question and more!
