Appreciate the rehab video! I was a little concerned you were gonna have a Fargo moment reaching your arm in there.

How do u find the 495/740 handles it power wise and also lifting it on 3phitch? Also is ur chipper fitted with overrun clutch to protect tractor when turning off the chipper?

No bother to her! Slight dip in revs but keep her just above idle and it's minimal. Lifting it is a workout, I'd guess it's maybe 80% of max capacity. No overrun clutch; thought about it, but the pto is so short, I was worried the UJ angles would be too great with an overrun fitted. On the 495/X7 series you can manually slip the rear PTO out of gear, then switch it off electrically and just let the big flywheel spin down naturally. Really pleased with how the wee machine runs it. Thanks for your interest.

Hows things mate your x700 did it come with the pto or did you put it on

Hi Noel. It came with it on mine. However, I've a good mate that (As far as I remember) removed the PTO from his 740 and fitted it to his new 748. Probably not a cheap part/kit; but fantastic to have.
