Let's go shopping for fresh produce at the store! We will cover exactly what organic means and the difference between non-gmo and organic produce. I also want to show you tips for extending the life of your fruits and veggies, along with my favorite type of kale, called lacinato. If you are going to spend money on produce, you should know which ones are dirty dozen and clean 15, how to store them, and how to make sure you don't waste your money. Mad love..Bobby, Dessi, Rose, and Art! XOXO
Immune tea recipe: www.flavcity.com/immune-boost...
Check out our Cookbook: amzn.to/2TOHWJL
Bobby Approved Ebook shopping guide: amzn.to/2XuCBKD
The guide is only a kindle book, all you need to do is download the kindle app to any device and buy the book on Amazon and send it to your device. For some reason you can't but the book on the Amazon app, it's gotta be on the browser version of Amazon.

1. Strawberries
2. Spinach
3. Kale
4. Nectarines
5. Apples
6. Grapes
7. Peaches
8. Cherries
9. Pears
10. Tomatoes
11. Celery

16. Pineapples
17. Frozen sweet peas
18. Onions
19. Papayas
20. Eggplants
21. Asparagus.
22. Kiwis
23. Cabbages

Yea i feel u on that. I have learned sooo much from this channel. So glad I come across this channel. Its helped me avoid things and let me know what to get and what to look for in different items. So i know what to get. Plus I share my findings with others like my dad. We are both researching daily about foods to be eating. And overall just health and other things too. Plus me and my dad are on a alkaline diet to detox and eat right. It comes with many more benefits and is very needed. Our diets consists of raw veggies, rawfruits, nuts, alot of spring water etc. We got a nice list of things to have and I try follow. We know it will take time to fully adopt to it. Becausw u know alot of us hasn't really eaten this way before growing up it was alot of junk food. So u got to give the body time to adjust to something different. Its a lifestyle change is what it is. So im really working on it. Starting now not later to really discipline me mentally and physically so its like second nature to me. So its helped me soo much i watch Flavcity like all the time. No cap even in the store looking at items. i got me a little notebook where i take Alots of notes and things and write other stuff down. I take it with me all the time looking though it and writing all different things down. Trying to get as much knowledge as I can. But i dont over do it Its alot of info but its worth it. This is your life we are talking about and if u are serious about it. You would want to do all this. And take time to really research the kinds of things we eat on a daily basis that might not be as good as u think. And overall just know what u are really eating and what it does to the body in general. Also being I'm a Parkour athlete and im very passionate about it. So thats a little on me and what im doing. Plus we got the Covid out here and with it comes alot of self time. How are u using it? So its all up to u what u want to do. Keep it up Flavcity love the content very informative. God bless be safe,be wise enjoy yall day🙏☺

Brawny brand paper towels now has a new size called "Tear A Square", where a perforated full sheet separates into four 5.5" squares. Great idea for times when you don't need a full sheet. Saves a lot of waste. I like this product so much that I've switched from my regular brand of paper towels. The "Tear A Square" towels also work great as full size and half size. You hardly notice the perforations.

Yes JC, I do too, especially if buying a big 'spring greens' salad container, I always wrap the salad in fresh paper towels. They do prevent it getting mushy too fast, especially if you only wash what you're using.

I just love your channel Bobby! It has become one of my favorites. Everyone in my house is starting to learn some of the amazing information you share with us. I always say let's see if it is Bobby approved! I also, have your app for quick reference or if I'm shopping. Little Rose is so adorable and I think it's awesome teaching her what's healthy from a young age. We are slowly working on replacing foods with a better option. Thanks so much!

Bobby, green beans don't grow in a pod like peas .

Diane Erickson Thank you for noticing he said that also. My hubby seriously cant tell the difference between peas and green beans. Even when eating them. I cant for the life of me figure out how you confuse them. Peas are round balls that taste like peas and grow in a pod. Green beans are a pod and taste like green beans- totally different flavor?!?! LoLololol
