My sister was on steroids due to bad diet and traveled in a wheelchair. But her business was in Oregon, the heartland of Oregon Tilth and Non-GMO certified. She absorbed that, eliminated all the inflammatory foods. Inflammation vanished. No need for steroids anymore. No wheelchair. Only after I cleansed diet did I visit her, saw the radical change in her health, and her "magic solution" was pretty much what I did in 2014. And by the way, mainstream medicine had NO SOLUTIONS. They saw the symptoms but had nothing as a solution. Oregon is really where I got the key changes: No added sugar. No seed oils. No additives for shelf stability. NO HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP!!!!

My whole body has been weak and tired 24 hrs/day for the past couple of years but far worse over the past few months. I've been eating ALL the stuff on your "bad food" lists. Actually all my very favorite foods are inflammatory. So today I've begun a kind of fast, that is now eating only healthy except for sandwich bread. You have helped soooo much. I shall read all the labels on my food now and avoid things on the the bad ingredients list I made from your videos.

Thank you Bobby 💗 What you do for everyone is such a blessing! I have Mixed Connective Tissue Disease and I’ve found that diet has a huge effect, bad or good depending on what I put in my body…eating like you are talking about is what I’ve been working towards and it’s helping my major flare up go away! Food is healing! I’ve found this in the past, problem has been that normally I’m a junk food junkie and that has been my down fall. Recently I got the Covid vaccine and it sent me into one of the worst autoimmune flare ups I’ve ever had in my life. I also work in the hospital caring for patients which had been a lot of Covid patients and that’s made work very stressful and stress also causes flare ups as it is…I started getting serious again with my diet, exercise and thinking positive/de-stressing and I am feeling so much better in only a month! I’ve had a fitness channel, but I’ve changed my focus to help others with autoimmune disorders 💗

Could you let me know the source of your Connective Tissue Disorder? I was told by a rheumatologist that I have Reactive Arthritis (Psoriatic Arthritis,), but that was a diagnosis based on eliminating a lot of other things. I tested positive for the HLAB27 antigen, have had wide spread deep pain for nearly 25 years. I was prescribed Humira but after reading the side effects, I decided not to take it. I should eat better, like I did long ago. Currently addicted to chocolate and unnecessarily gaining several pounds each month. That, I am certain, is not doing anything good for me. Thank you in advance for your response.

I've had success with Borax, which is a necessary mineral most everyone is deficient in, called Boron. Use brush, gloves or whatever. Don't scrub hard, scrub little circles, lightly Alot. Do around eyes, eyelids + EARS. EVerywhere! Detoxing stuff outta & off of us matters!! My bugbites, Rashes, Cuts from landscaping heal SO fast (takes pain away Fast). My dog & I also digest it, (and black pepper!)- every morning, on our eggs. I can tell I've brought my Boron level up sufficiently when the hair roots (around my face and almost everywhere) are my original hair color, and not grey/white. I deal with joint pain a lot too. I researched different tribes around the world and found out that the ones with the lowest incidence of arthritic issues had the highest consumption of vegetables/potassium. Potassium naturally raises cortisol (which tends to be chronically low in people with rheumatoid arthritis), which decreases inflammation, thereby decreasing pain. It's helped me a lot! I supplement sometimes when I don't want to pile on fruits/veggies high in potassium.

As an Italian I suggest to make a simple sauce by heating olive oil and browning some garlic or soffritto (carrots, onions, celery) , then you add either tomato passata or mince for Bolognese sauce. Never mix wine and tomato, so if you add wine to meat evaporate it first and only then add tomato sauce. Finally, the longer the sauce cooks the better the flavour.
