I have the following two questions though: 1) What exactly is a "herder?" 2) How old does a puppy have to be allowed to be imported from Western Europe (where there is no rabies) into the United States/Canada? From the 1st of August a pup needs to be 6 months old, up until then when the changes take place you can import a pup over 8 weeks. I doubt very much he’ll answer your questions because these are question you can easily google.

However, the most productive (feature (and ideal outcome) of social media is that, through the exchange of knowledge in the form of questions to and answers by experts, one can save time.

I think a “herder” is a mix of breeds like GSD or Mal or Dutch. They are all “herders” by genetics. Just not necessarily a pure bred. But I may be wrong

I think it was in his livestream recently he said he goes there because they have so many dogs available and he needs to buy 6 or so at a time. Not sure I explained that right, hopefully it makes sense.

Haz is in the business of selling dogs. Buying green dogs gets the consumer the product faster. You could wait up to years for the finished product. Buying green shortens that time. Haz has mentioned this before.

Not all dogs produced make the cut for personal, family work or police and always good to get diff bloodlines etc in the program. Also these dogs are proven and already have a base line of work n training so can see if they'll fit a client etc
