I'm currently looking at loans and this is wrong. Mostbanks are hovering around 6-8% while owner financed loans have been 8%-12 consistently hovering at 9%. Construction loans won't pay for land. Ag loans are only for people who currently farm and show income farming. Rural development loans max out at 1 acre. You're welcome.

Loan interest rates change over time. The fed just started lowering the federal funds rate so mortgage interest will start to lower too

I think seller financing is really the way for most people. You can get into a piece of land for nothing or near nothing. But you'll have to do compile a list of properties you'd probably accept, and ask the owner.

We also did owner financing! But we are just getting started on the land!

I’m in my 50’s with some health issues but I’m looking to go do the offgrade living if you have any suggestions or places, let me know. I’m in Central Florida now. I don’t want to go to the cold but willing to go up as far as maybe Florida.

How did you find owner financing land?
@LivieJayCooks996 ай бұрын
There are websites that offer this. I learned about it on other social media platforms. One is called landishome I haven’t used it but I’ve heard about it and I was told to check with an attorney if it seems like it is not legit

what zoning should I look for
@lunariadynasty30654 ай бұрын
To get the best of all the world has to offer, look for Agricultural, Rural, and Residential combined zoning. If you are looking to homestead, I would surely look for that before I even concentrated on the price.

What is a heloc loan

It is a "Home Equity Line of Credit". If you own a home, and it is now worth more than your mortgage, it is a way for you to access that equity without having to refinance. Simply put, it's a big giant credit card secured by your house.

Hi again , I was fortunate, but hard working, I saved and saved I bought my first property cash, did it up sold and bought another so on and so forth, never had a mortgage , had a massive family home, and properties to rent, having said this I enjoyed life maybe to much. And ended up retired due to ill health, when my wife died of cancer 14 years ago I sold everything ihad and purchased a small flat. Enough for my needs and , I don't have children. So I do what I like when I like, love new cars lol, still love watching you both , tale care friends , I'm 78 now , Al,

Insane? That’s how most wealth is built. It’s called risk management. Yeah it’s risky to invest and have debt… obviously. Insane just means you don’t understand the numbers
