We are building a log kit home as well. We are somewhat local, Olympia, building in Mossyrock. We would be interested in buying or renting your scaffolding. We will need it in a week or so. I owned Stottle Winery until recently, ran into Sara two Christmas's ago at the caroling night on the boardwalk. We look forward to watching you guys each week, have been following for several years.

WOW the focal point of your whole home is that front window. EXCELLENT JOB for sure. I am soooo proud of both of you and I have been watching your channel since you started your beautiful home. Oh my dear the stain will fade over time and you will need to do it all over again unless you seal it with clear coat, and even then you still may need to do it again anyway! No matter how long it takes just relax! Don't stress about it, it'll give you wrinkles

Du får be din Man att köpa in 200L klarlack till erat fina fina OBS golv , Klarlackar ni golvet så håller det mycket längre och blir lättare att hålla rent 🙂

Well John, I shave that side because I like to express myself through my appearance. I want people to know that I'm not your regular starbuck drinking, stanley cup, target shopping basic white girl, but I am in fact a badass woman that marches to the beat of her own drum and doesn't do what society says is the "norm". So hopefully when people see the shaved portion of my head they catch that drift. In other words, I'm a black sheep and I like it that way.

Swirl marks with orbital sanders can at times be a problem. . Sometimes hand sanding in the direction of the grain is advisable.

The outside unit is right in front of your crawl space vent. Why? You had lots of places i dont think that is a good idea. Your crawl space needs air. No air and you will get mold, then things get ugly.

The trapezoid windows, hmmm how to make the blinds work. Turn them over and pull the shade up from the bottom of the window. There are a couple ways, easiest would be put a weight on a string and pulley in the center eith rnough weight to pull the shade up when the motor relesses it. Easy fix.
