If you hold a bale above the feed wagon it’ll slowly process it. So if you did mostly silage you can hold the bale to fill the rest with hay. The self propelled ones the front chews bales as well as takes loose off the ground.

Mineral feed additive is only needed for the robotic feeding barns, you need it for them to run but otherwise it has no effect on animal health/productivity. Really loving this series, I love this map and it is fun to see you playing it differently than I am!

If you use the gehl feed mill from westby you can make mineral feed from grain. It doesn't make a difference having it in the ration or not tho.

No mods have made me want to get a PC more than this map and the JD chopper. I was heartbroken when I found out that Tired Iron wasn't going to resubmit the chopper for consoles.

The silos that come with the game hold 1 million Liters of each item. Also if you have the Silo Hud mod you can just walk up to it and it will show how much you have in there in terms of the Liters. And then you can always look at the production page to see what it is in Tons

How can you get 100% mixing with just hay and silage? Don't you have to have straw too?

Straw is optional. It can be used as a filler but not required (at least that's how it's setup on this map)

You should put all the hay in the harvestore so its really easy to get an even load
