investing in properties is easy 400 miles from london. Living in London and trying to invest is impossible with the cheapest house starting at £350k and that's for like 1 max 2 bed room.

He said he has money to buy the house... what if you have some money but not enough to buy it outright ! Can you Mortgage a house and rent it out and is that profitable ? Then if you want to buy two houses can you buy and rent both out with a mortgage over you ?

That’s exactly what Alex is doing using progressive. You can also get buy to let loans as long as you have enough money for the deposits and refurbishment
