@@asabela11 no dogs barking house no. The first home maybe. Love double wide get it anchor down You have to be comfortable. Grass is expensive to care for. And lots for trailer are too..

I would choose number 2 but I would base my choice on the one with the most updates. Charm is lovely and all but it also comes with more money when things break. I wouldn’t choose house 1 because it is MASSIVE harder and expensive to keep cool in Summer and warm in the winter. Also if the windows haven’t been replaced that also makes the energy bill higher. Charm is perfect when it’s smaller for a first time home buyer.

I think you chose #1. I liked #2 because it reminded me of my house except for that weird door in the bathroom but it can be sealed. My backdoor is in my kitchen and leads to my carport. #3 was cool but 2&3 require too much yard work for me. Congratulations on your closing! Be blessed always😊

I love love love house #1. It has so much charm and vintage touches. It doesnt look like it would need many cosmetic touches. #2 is more modern and it is nice but it lacks historical charm. #3' s kitchen is similar to mine. The layout is kind of funky to me.

My favorite overall is house number 1 even though it is a little over your budget. I like it because it has the vintage charm and it is spacious. The other older houses that I've seen in my experience are tiny and this one isn't

Same where I live. We’re going to look in other parts of the state because where we are you can’t even get a fixer upper that needs gutted for less than $230k, and even people bidding 50k above asking price are getting outbid. It’s insane.

I would go with house #1 has more charm and quiet neighborhood House 2 looks like a fix and flip might have some hidden problems 3rd I just didn't like at all Also with 1st if wanted to change something or add something it would be to your taste not like the other because of the new fixtures you really wouldn't want to change

There is something to be said about getting "pre-approved". I would also encourage anyone to take the extra time to shop at least 3, but preferably 5 lenders. When figuring total cost of a loan, be sure to figure in all "fees", and interest over the life of the loan and then compare. I love fixer uppers, but for sure, they scare lenders. =D

I think house #2 was super weird with outdoor bathroom door, I think it had great interior but just that door made it kinda off.. That door would be one I feel like lots of people would knock at or something. Idk hahaha. I think you chose House #1 Just because it has the room to grow where house #3 was quite smaller.

I would never buy a house from 1920’s. I wasn’t even born yet so I have no history there. Older homes come with xtra expense and it ain’t worth the headache. The mobile homes look way better than this house...maybe u can buy this home for the xtra land in the backyard and maybe put a mobile home on it as a rental property for extra income
