Hi Marko, If I may add, maritime property is 6 meter from the sea line, but that refers to the sea line when the state of the highest tide is there. (This is how it is defined in the law) Due to global warming and rising sea levels, buyers of real estate directly by the sea must take this fact into account. This is especially true for younger buyers of real estate by the sea, because they will probably experience a sea level rise of 1 - 2 meters. (It may or may not be a joke🤣). They need to think carefully. regards
