I’ve seen so much negative information about buying land in Ghana. I want to buy, but I’m terrified from the experiences of others. I’m new here by the way. ❤

It can be scary, but you can get safe land deals. Just do your research and due diligence before making the decision.

The fact is, the land title and indenture thing is all across Ghana. There's no place in Ghana that you'll buy land and not get those two certificates. So my dear diasporan community always be sure to obtain those two documents. The original one. Thank you Mr. Anku. And blessings Miss Ivy.

At 20:12 he said "you can buy the land from him." Does this mean that he currently owns the land? Or is he simply marketing the land for sale as a realtor, and he receives a commission? There may not be much difference in terms of the transaction to purchase, but I think it could be misleading to think that he owns the land.

Sounds exciting, but building a home sounds like a Nightmare.
@IvyProsper10 сағат бұрын
In Ghana the concept of building your own home is common practice. It's normal for people to start saving for land and building a home once they start working. It can be a nightmare if you have bad contractors in the building process
