Bringing a list of specific things you are looking for is smart. I still bring a paper list. It may be old school, but trying to use an app,or some list on your phone won't do any good if the wifi is down or bad.

No, you don't need a list. LOL Just go to a show/con looking for a deal. That's how I got my TOD 1, 9.2 blue, for only $200 a couple years ago (handwritten price tag misread by both me and the dealer himself). If I'd had a list, I'd have missed out on that deal, because I'd have been too focused on finding other books.

Ah the ol’ “50% off” trick. Almost every single vendor uses this as a psychological tool to create a sense in buyers they’re getting better deal than they are. So while there is a chance it might be slightly lower than retail, they’re actually marking it up in a strategic way that creates an excitement in buyers and not really giving the discount you think. They’re selling to make a profit…this isn’t out of the kindness of their hearts!!!😂😂😂. For instance, those Luke Cage books aren’t $20 books. They are maybe $5-$8 books but they’re getting $10.
