If you actually look into it you've been lied to your entire life you don't need to register the vehicle that you buy as long as you're not using it commercially.... For example like uber.... So you don't need registration you don't need license plates and you don't need a driver's license nor insurance.... If you keep it in the private it will stay private.... If you start going into commerce with it then you have to get all the regulations done period... I know it's going to be hard for you to understand but that's what the actual truth is
