मा.न्यायमूर्तिजी आपको मनपूर्वक बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद। जिस देश मे एक बार भी विधायक हो या सासंद हो जाए तो भी उन्हें पेन्शन मिलती है।यहां पर पुरे एकतीस साल की नौकरी करने बाद भी उस कर्मचारी को कुछ भी नही मिलता है।और अपने हक के लिए न्यायलय में जाना पडता है। इससे बडा दुख कौन-सा हो सकता है। ये कैसी मैनेजमेंट है। अच्छा हुआ न्यायालय ने उन्हे भी जवाब मांगा।

My father was also along with MSRTC as Driver for 23 years he got pension of 1538 rs and even his PF amount was not calculated properly. He got very less amount after retirement, literally 50% of its calculation .we have file case against that officer for calculation but Advocate has taken money from 30 employee and he got run away by taking 3lakh money.all Driver are not educated they are only 6-7 class educated they are not aware about.what should we do
