Is it the incisions the surgeon makes that determines the angle, or the way the technicians insert them?

Would SMP fix the issue on those examples with a bad HT?
@letsgethair2 жыл бұрын
Yes, it will camouflage the issue partially. If it has been done very badly and angles are super high, then it makes sense to do laser removal or surgical graft removal first imo and then do SMP. Once the skin is damaged also after a failed HT resulting in pitting or cobblestoning, then you can't undo it. You can do SMP or another transplant with correct placement to camouflage.

Over WhatsApp Elite Hair told me there are able ro transplant 3000 grafts and i will Not need another Transplantation . When i arrived they told me i need 2 of them and there are possible only 1800 grafts . But i Had to pay for the 2500 or 3000 grafts. And the best Thing is its a failed Haartransplantation Like this on this Video . I will never so one again. Now ITS time for a Hairsystem.

Hi Matt, do you know if dry eyes can be a side effect from taking oral finasteride? Ive been suffering from it after like 4 months of taking finasteride and the doctor couldnt tell me specifically whats the issue. Do you have any experience with that? Do you think topical finasteride is worth a try?
@letsgethair2 жыл бұрын
Could be man. I have been wearing contact lenses for years. in 2020 there was a study which concluded that eye docs should be more aware of patients using 5AR inhibitors and examine their retina on a regular basis.

Just following up and it's actually looking pretty good with a military cut after 7.5 months. The crown is very apparent as the density is not there yet, however I am beginning to feel very confident that my final outcome will be very good. I may require some smp on donor area to pull off the military cut.
@Josh6537 ай бұрын
@@beard6160How's it looking now?
@beard61607 ай бұрын
@Josh653 I went back for a 2nd transplant in January because the crown area was too thin. I had 4k grafts for the 1st one and 3.2k including some grafts taken from my beard grafts for the 2nd. It's looking really promising. It's been a very long frustrating process...I might still require smp to really tidy it all up and keep shaved because you cant do much with styling.. if you notice all these guys have the same hairstyle or not styled at all. I have now reached the conclusion that no matter what you do you'll always want a little more or find a flaw. It's better than being bald, but it's not easy going through the process and creates it's own problems. I'm hoping I have that moment where I'm satisfied soon and it's possibly close, but let me tell you it's not a cheap and fast process.. you have got to really make sacrifices and prepare yourself for the psychological challenge.

Do you think there are any top surgeons who transplant in rows? I've seen a few debates regarding Dr. De Freitas possibly transplanting in rows. Even if he does though, his results look incredible. Not sure if the results would look as good if his patients decided to buzz their head. Maybe it would be noticeable?

Hey Matt what are your thoughts on getting drunk 3 days after an FUE? Yes I did.. I'm 5 weeks post surgery and just worried I hurt my survival rate. I noticed most people had the transplanted hairs until they fell out around 1.5 months later. Mine fell out immedietly when I pulled the scabs off around day 7 or 8 probably another bad move as i picked at them..
@kinoux092 жыл бұрын
My hair felt immediatly after the first wash and I'm month 7 rn and my hair is really growing a lot so it's not a problem imo. But why would you try to get drunk after a procedure like this tho...

Nothing really happens it’s all myth. After 3 days even if you pick your scabs your transplanted hair is in its follicle you’d need a surgical tool to take it out after 3-4 days. You will be fine. My tips are : don’t worry, eat healthy, lots of water, take your vitamins and live your life. Ps- it’s up to you to take minoxidil or finasteride.

I am not so sure man. It is a package zone clinic with multiple patients per day orientation. It can bring some risks with it. Some results turn out fine (especially for the price) but I can't see it on a regular basis from this clinic either + the donor area management is questionable. Also depends on what quality are you looking for in general. If you want you can book a 1on1 call with me and I can advise you in person where your next steps should go ideally. mattdominance.com/mentoring1on1

Man , please show mercy and please do sit through my long comment thread, i need your opinion. I'm 21 years old. I had/ have a shitty family background.single son. I've been kinda depressed from age seven to maybe upto now.( Not now i would say , but yeah very recently. Mind it I'm not taking any pills for depression . I just decided to walk over it now ). Yeah, it led me to get depressed and have an introverted and exteremely stressed life. My father has balding genetics. Diffused thinning on entirety of top of the skull from front to crown. He is fifty now. He still has a few hundred to 1000 or hair on top of his head despite the wrath of alopecia 😀.Me on the other hand due to above reasons and ( oily skin i forgot to add ) , oliy skin gave me heavy dandruff which sped my hair loss and dandruff let to rashes and pimples on scalp which took each hair strand from the follicle with them. My hair loss started from 15-16 i would say due to all these factors. Fast forward to 2022, I'm 21 now started to take minoxidil 5%, finasteride 1mg every other day, vitamin pill, and keto shampoo. From January 15 . As per doctor's advise. I have severe diffused thinning which I'm pretty sure Is at Nw 2 or even 3. I would like to maintain or improve my hair for atleast till 30. So that I can consider and afford a transplant. Tell me , will my medication now affect my future donor hairs 8-9 years later? What is a shock loss ? Can I stop my min/ fin abruptly ? ( I understand that if I stop medication, balding will hit me back ), but just stopping medication if I decide to from any side effects cause my hair to fall off by itself ? Give me a lead for me to keep / get better more hair for next 30 years!. With or w/o transplant. Please please.
