Dave Bautista lives in my area and he even rescued Sage, an abused pitbull puppy from the humane society Tampa Bay. He offered a reward for information to not only find out what happened to her but also to raise awareness to animal abuse. He is one of the most amazing people ever and I genuinely love him for that. He is an animal lover so this interview is perfect for him.

Yea, she is now Penny. She had a chain around her neck that had been there so long, it was imbedded. He adopted her. Unfortunately, they never found her abuser.

OMG I couldn't love this guy anymore then now. One because of the puppies but because he is so gentle and down to earth. And I'm a dog lover as well. I've seen all his movies and will continue to support him. He's just my favorite actor. I used to watch wrestling back in the day and I'm 60. Lol I just love Dave. 😄

Naw...I like them both. Dave Bautista has the edge because I'm from the DC Metropolitan area and I love seeing a local guy do so well. His transition from wrestler to actor is good because he's taking it seriously. Love the cuteness overload of Dave with the puppies.

You are so right I was able to clean his pool he is such a wonderful guy with such a heart for dogs for when I was cleaning this pool his favorite one was Frankie but he passed away sadly later on after I stopped cleaning this pool when he moved to another home he gives humble amounts of money to dog charities to abuse animal charities he hates that and he's just that all out dude I used to watch TV with some wrestling thinking and saying to myself one day I want to meet him and sure enough I did I was in the community where he used to live and saw him walking stop talk to him when he was walking his dogs with his wife and next thing you know about a week or more later there was a ticket on my board to clean his pool I'm glad to see him being even more successful he deserves that for being such a wonderful guy that he is he was very good to me at Christmas time

Dave stood up for James Gunn when no one else would. He stood up to the MCU and got a petition signed by all stars of GoTG, I will never forgot how much courage and loyalty he displayed for doing that. Not many people show that kind of backbone for his friend(s). Respect!

@tonymata8070 he worked on Tromeo and Juliet, which I recommend because I'm a fan of anything that riffs on Romeo and Juliet. But he was at the height of his edge lord phase under kauffman, and that ran its course once he was fully ingrained in Hollywood and away from the Troma edgy-to-be-edgy. He'd gotten past that (which included a lot of gallows humor, as he was a survivor of Catholic priest SA) long before Marvel hired him.

WWE made a documentary on him like 10 years ago. Shows you what a stand up guy he is. His ex wife sent his teenage daughter to live with him because she was out of control. She refused to go because she had gotten pregnant by some douchebag and Dave told her that if he is serious about being a father then she can bring him with her and both of them ended up living with him. Then after a few years the dad split on his daughter and the kid and later died in a car accident. Anyway Dave just burst into tears talking about when the kid died. He really does come off a solid down to earth dude.

Dave seems like such a lovely human being. I am so happy for him with all of the success he’s achieved as an actor. At this point, I think he’s unquestionably the best wrestler-turned-actor. The Rock is a giant star of course, and Cena is great as well, but Dave has the best range of any of them, and I don’t think it’s close.

What a sweet guy! I'm glad I watched this. I've enjoyed his acting, especially more dramatic roles. I do hope he gets more of those types of roles because he's an amazing actor. I hope Dave Bautista realizes that he was the best part of Knock on the Cabin movie. I recently watched it and felt jis emotions through the screen, regardless of whether he felt he was unprepared.

I want to see something with Dave Bautista and Danny Trejo just being themselves, or play characters close to their personalities. Father/son maybe a family drama thing, nothing heart wrenching but like a family getting together for a holiday or celebration and theres a low level issue that gets resolved over food and music in the background, etc. Just seeing the two of them interacting would be cool to see. Both dudes seem very chill.

Not sure Dave will see this comment but my personal opinion was that I loved him in Knock at the Cabin. He was heartbreaking and I was thoroughly both pleased and crushed by his character’s performance.

kinda cool how much of a gentle soul this man is...those puppies saw the size of this man and were timid...then they recognized he is a gentle giant and then they were all over him. Any dog owner knows what that means. Dogs know "cool and gentle".

I stood next to him in a locker room at a Gold's Gym in Cranston R.I. when the WWE as in town. He was one of the largest human beings I've ever stood next to, besides the Undertaker. At his biggest, his waist was wider than my shoulders, and he had a V-taper and no fat on him. It's unreal how large he is when you see him in person. And, yeah, he was really cool. He took the time to shake everyone's hand in the locker room and talk to us.
