@Beaston Gaming Another dilemma that the bounty hunters were facing is that the subject is aware that they are being actively hunted. If I've watched enough StephenFRA streams, I know that bounty hunters try to hunt without spooking the subject lest they go into hiding which, as Mike indicated in the video, by ditching your phone and avoiding contact with known associates and avoiding frequent visit spots, this all makes it extremely difficult to find someone. The bounty hunters already had their biggest advantage taken from them. Another tactic that bounty hunters can use is to bait the subject - something as simple as a "meetup" for a one night stand using a fake profile as StephenFRA does, or putting up an ad on Craiglist designed specifically for the subject which I think remember Stephen also doing at one point. This is another tactic that was out of the question for this challenge. Now in rarer cases, the subject might intentionally skip their court date, be aware they will have bounty hunters looking for them, and will go into hiding. It is at this point that bounty hunters try to scramble up as much information to figure out where he is most likely to go into hiding and how they are going to make it work out (food, shelter, etc.) - not an easy task in the slightest; if a person doesn't want to be caught, they can do it pretty easily, but for how long is the question. Another thing Mike indicated is that because you're going on the lam, having to abandon everything about your old life including friends, family, work, etc., it makes that person's life extremely difficult to live. It is at this point that the bounty hunters have to hope that that person will slip up before their time limit is up (as pointed out in the comments, they have weeks or even months to hunt for the person). One final issue that makes this challenge more difficult for the bounty hunters is the lack of screening on the subject. Bonding companies don't just hand out bonds willy-nilly, they screen their clients to increase the likelihood that they will accept clients that will show up to their court date; the obvious hoodlum-type person would most likely be out of the question to bond out. Some bonding companies will require the bondee to co-sign the contract, which is usually a family member. If the client skips out on the court date and isn't able to be acquired by the bounty hunters, the co-signer has to pay for it. That's a huge moral complication for most well-rounded individuals, even criminals (we're talking about people from every walk of life with misdemeanors and the sort, not soul-less, sociopathic, high-profile criminals with $500k+ bonds).
