Food is the best way to share cultures. It is certainly my favourite way. That and language. I love salty plums and scrunched up dry noodles with the flavouring, but I haven't had either since I was a kid. We called doughboys, dumplings. Mum would put them on every casserole, but I hated it 😅 Try curried sausage stew. It's good. You must have tomato sauce on devon sangers, just like on meat pies. Thanks for all the food tips.

I have no drama for her preference being the curried stew and dumplings as I use to enjoy it as well but, when you haven't had a boil up in ages yeah that would be my choice but with puha (not the thistle type) but you can't go wrong with watercress or cabbage.
