Mleew Many chefs actually agree that most ground meats are best left alone(aside from salt and pepper)in burgers, if it's good quality meat. That's probably why the other two decided not to add a bunch of stuff to the burger. Think of a steak. If it's good quality meat, you don't really see renowned chefs putting 50 seasonings all over it. Same goes with a burger, because it has so many other things you can add on top of it.
