Worcester is pronounced "wooster", but "Leominster" is pronounced "lemster". In general, "-cester" is almost always pronounced "-ster" with some exceptions if there are two or more syllables before it (e.g. "Cirencester" is pronounced "siren-sester"). Also, "-burgh", "-borough" are pronounced "-bruh" (like you're a frat boy), and "-shire" is not stressed (it's treated as part of the same word e.g. "Cambridgeshire" is pronounced "came-bridge-shuh"/"came-bridge-sher" not "came-bridge-shire"). Once you know those three rules you won't get screwed over too much by most of our place names

The Life Straw cannot filter out salt, chemicals, or viruses. It filters stuff like dirt and other particles that you could find in a river or lake, but it cannot turn salt water into fresh water.
