Hey Kate/Buzzfeed! It was adorable to see how much you enjoyed the city, maybe it would be a good idea to do a full week in wherever you visit. It would give you time to feel a little more acclimated and fit in a few more dates. It seemed like you were pretty uncomfortable the entire time and while it's hard to control for the conversation you'll have with another person, you could give yourself a little more room to have dates both good and bad. Also when you edit the videos maybe don't include a diss of your volunteers. It's totally fine(and maybe somewhat helpful) to say it didn't work because of a, b and c. Good luck! Also I suggest an escape room(with some strangers too) for a date if you like puzzles and it'll help make you communicate quickly and well right away.

Granted her matches weren't great but she's also not projecting herself very well on these dates. She seems like a fun and interesting person but that's definitely not what's coming across. From the clips shown, I agree with the poor body language etc. and she really isn't projecting an "excited" energy on these dates. Not to mention she looks like she put zero effort into her appearance (her date looks were equivalent to grocery store/errand attire) and I think that translates onto the dates, not to mention the fact that other people read into that and become put off by it.

I know it sounds cliche, but I think she should work on herself a bit more before going out and dating. Maybe she should work on building up her self confidence a bit more so that the awkwardness on dates can be less severe. Some years ago I think I was a bit like her and I learned that sometimes nervousness and insecurity can come across as being cold and distant. As we all know, that's the last thing we want to project while dating.
