Drunk Kelsey has the energy of a girl I met in a bar bathroom once who, immediately after puking (presumably from drinking too much), washed up at the sink, chatted with me for a bit, saw my hair tie break (I was trying to fix my ponytail) and offered me *four* of her own from her purse.
