Day 2, doubled up to two times stretching a day. Have had better days haha Day 7 One week in, I’m feeling more loose in my pelvis and getting used to the pain. This is no fun! But doing it consequently is key. Definitely getting more flexible now. Day 15 I think my progress stagnated a bit, but feeling good! I do feel every position is easier to get in to and that’s great. I’m not going to make the split in 30 days, but that was’t my goal. I have the flexibility of a 70 year old man I guess, so every inch is good for me :) Day 21 (I think..?) Last week went great. I definitely gained a couple of inches since I started. The deeper you get, the more painful it becomes... I added a 24 pound kettlebell to some exercises for balance and extra tension. I’m not going to stop after 30 days, I just keep pushing one day at a time! Next week I will measure to compare 30 days ago with the ‘end result’. One advice for you all: do this!! One month in: I’m not going to stop. I’m no way near the full split but I am way more flexible and it hurts a little less. A little... Because the pain of maximum reach is awful...! Total gained: 5/6 inches but it feels a lot more But worth it. Thankfull for the motivation 👍👍👍

I’m starting today to see if I get any progress. (Start: 13/6-2021) Day 4: I did every stretch a bit more today (5 breaths instead of the 3 in the video) Day 7: I’ve been going for a week and haven’t really noticed any difference but that is to be expected. That last stretch with someone helping you push is really effective in my experience so far. Day 13: Really enjoying the calming music. I don’t feel like I’ve gotten any more flexible but I know that it’s not that easy to tell. Also once I am done with this I am going to go through all of your stretching videos in one day for fun. Current day: 13

I got my first (not full still less about 20 degrees)split in 90+ days XD btw master I join taekwondo now and the intructor said : "do a rigth, middle, left split and hold it 6 minute perdirections" in first day also "kick the target over your head don't jump or step back" (taekwondo strech is insane but fortunately i learn split one year ago)
