I really find this follow along tutorial awesome and perhaps you could try putting a countdown time so I can catch with each of the stretching moves easily. What I meant by that is I didn’t know what move I’m up to within this routine. Good job by the way and thank you!

Every time I implemented your 10 minute stretching routine my roundhouse kicks are proven effective therefore not getting stiff meaning by that automatic performance.

Stretching exercises, especially for the legs, have always been my big problem. But you show really feasible exercises that can be done well - even if it really hurts and I then crawl the next day on all fours to work. But that is probably the price you have to pay. I am the tightest in the morning. So for me, going straight to static stretch wont work well for me lol I have to do dynamic stretching before static. But with that said, I do a lot of the stretches you are doing here which is great. Unfortunately, I still struggle with getting my splits although I have gotten a lot move flexible over the years being that I started TKD at 34. Thank you so much for the videos you are sharing with us.

Due to an ankle injury I can only run on the treadmill for now. but I did start to do routines with dynamic stretching and static stretching cool down to finish off. I am looking forward to see more videos and to give some of you tips a try. My young master is gone so learning things like this is gone for now.

Depends if I am doing cool down stretching or dynamic. Cool down Atleast 15 - 30 sec Dynamics, within 10 seconds but with a lot more different movements
