I love this, it's as if the toy playing this song actually exists, and as time goes on it gets slower and older, more imprecise with its tunes and is at the point of not working anymore. This could be seen as 2 things. 1: It symbolises that the abuse N went through is starting to be forgotten. As if the toy in a way is his abuse, slowly fading and starting to not have effect anymore. 2: It could be the exact opposite, symbolising that N, despite escaping Unova, is getting more and more corrupt. Kind of like his innocence slowly fading away.
