I fell that Katy's best album is "One of the Boys", is amazing in all scents of the word. Is so cute but stronger too, and is so Rock n' roll but so Pop too. I love Katy, Mexicans love Elizabeth Hudson.

This is my personal ranking: (Sorry for the grammar mistakes) #1 🍭Teenage Dream🍭 👑The Complete Confection👑 Because it's a masterpiece, well produced and well confectioned. *Firework* it's an empowering anthem. #2 🌻PRISM🌻 It's the PERFECT SEQUEL, ICONIC and colorful. In my opinion this is the best example of reinventation for Katy. ❤ Fav song: *Walking on air* #3 🙌Katy Hudson🙌 Me, as a christian, I feel this is a perfect gospel/christian pop album. It's a perfect album to listen when you are feeling alone and empty waiting for a hug to feel better again, even if you aren't christian or theist, you can listen this album without problem. Fav song: *Trust in me* #4 🎪Smile🎪 Even though 2020 was a complicated year, this was a very good optimist album to listen in those darkest moments. Fav song: *Never Really Over* 💛 #5 👁Witness👁 Many people said this was flop, but I don't think so, it was a different propossal of Katy Perry's image, she risked too much and for me this was an "ok" album. It could be better if they selected the singles in a better way. Fav song: *ROULETTE* #6 🍒One of the boys🍓 Because I don't feel "connected" so much with this music era, but also is a very well debut album for a new artist. Fav song: *Thinking of you*

Good review! (-RayC) These album lists are so interesting. They bring up a lot of memories. I do think that these reviews hit differently depending on where a person was at in their life. First of all, you would have loved a lot of the Katy Hudson type of stuff. Christian Rock and the 90’s rock scene were so similar, it was hard to tell them apart at concerts. Christian rock used to be really controversial in the 90s. People thought why don’t they do pop? You would have loved some of the groups that were out then. As for Katy Perry, I’m not sure where her career went wrong. It seemed like she was going to be the next big thing in pop, but she sort of fizzled out for me. I remember that her album one of the boys was so controversial, nobody heard those kinds of lyrics on pop radio. It was like she smacked people with that video and radio single. I thought Lilly Allen was going to out beat her. It’s funny to me now. They both had similar images at the time. In college, her 2nd album had way too many overplayed songs. If that made sense? I thought that Teenage Dream was really her lightening rod album. Every single was played at the clubs. ET, California Girls, and Fireworks were the party anthems at nightclubs and bars. To me, she really hit her peak then. Prism was a nice follow-up. I’m so surprised that Walking in Air wasn’t a bigger single. "Roar" was so great to listen to. Last Friday Night.. man that was a fun time. I tried to get into Witness and I felt like some of the songs like Swish Swish and Bon Apetit got a lot of TV time, but she created that controversy with the drag queens, Migos and SNL. Black Twitter wouldn’t stop talking about it. Those songs didn’t seem to reach a big audience. "Smile" was the first single that I’ve really enjoyed from her in years, but it seemed like no one cared. My grad school's quad/mall would also play some of Katy Perry’s newer stuff like Hey Hey and Never Really Over. At lunch, People literally said the same thing as you lol! What happened to her musical career? Daisies was the old Katy Perry, which is what I think she should do more of this in the future. It’s interesting to me that she was so on fire for a few albums, but her later albums never caught on. You would have loved I Kissed A Girl at the nightclubs and bars during this time and Lilly Allen at that time. Keep up the good work. Your reviews are awesome! Sorry for the long paragraph.

Katy Hudson I think Smile is great, I listen to the album on Daily basis, but its not different and special like Witness and Prism. I love Smile more than Teenage Dream, but I remembered TD was a cultural reset... and also, I have only listened to Katy Hudson several times sksksksk

Same thing, ''Teenage Dreams'' and ''Prism'' was my two favorites albums and a masterpiece. ''Prism'' have so many songs in my top 10 of my favorites songs of Katy (''Birthday'', ''Walking on Air'', ''Uncondionally'' and ''International Smile'' was in my top personal top 10 incredible and a top, like ''Teenage Dreams'' was with ''Last Friday Night'', ''Firework'' and ''Who Am I Living For'' in my top 10). ''Peakcock'' was a weird thing, but this was not exceptional like the other tracks of the album but i not skip this song when i listen the album (but i was not fan of this song), unlike ''This is How We Do'' who i didn't like at all this track and skip totally this track when i listen ''Prism''. In comparaison, the three bonus tracks of ''Prism'' was so much better to ''This is How We Do''. ''Dark Horse'' in comparaison was very better to ''This is How We Do'', with a haunting production and introduced Katy in a more dark territory, to she have before, with her dark hip-hop groove and how the song evoluved in this song. Also, ''Dark Horse'' exist in the solo version, because the solo version was used in the PS3 game ''Just Dance 2015'' and many radios used this version instead of the original version with Juicy J. ''One of the Boys'' was not a highest favorite of mine and not all the songs reasonates in this album like ''Teenage Dreams'' and ''Prism''.

When I read this titles, me is like, OMG! I'm not ready! X2. There's no worst album of Katy Perry. Neither Witness, in my opinion. Love your shirt of Smile so much. Mine is: 1. Smile My Album Of The Year so far. My favorite too. Her vocal is on point, the production is on point, the lyrics/songwriter is on point too. I still want Only Love MV. Every songs is such a bop and masterpiece. The photo cover is so well done, because, everybody called Katy a clown. And she did on Smile MV and photo cover. Taylor too. Like everybody called Taylor a snake, and she did on Look What You Made Me Do MV and ME! MV in the beginning. Like, QUEEN! The deluxe version, the photo cover have a lenticular too. Like when you move down, Katy's sad and red. And when you moved up, Katy's smile and the color changed which is yellow(my favorite color) Anyways, love this album so much. 2. Witness No hate for Queen Katy Perry. No hate for Witness era. I know it's because the production(like a space), autotune, her short blonde hair, etc. I DON'T CARE! I love all of the projects of Witness! Bon Appetit, Swish Swish, Hey Hey Hey and Chained To The Rhythm MV is fun! Not weird like Bon Appetit or Swish Swish. She's wanted to have fun of her videography and her songs and albums. I don't care of negativity comments on Witness and Katy's short blonde hair, she's look so beautiful and amazing with her short hair. Roulette, Save As Draft and Into Me You See deserves a single but I want to enjoy it. My favorite album by Katy Perry so far. 3. Teenage Dream:The Complete Confection I know this album is always aged like wine and always reset to listen with this album. I love the photo cover of Teenage Dream. But Teenage Dream:The Complete Confection photo cover with lenticular, she's like, ugh!, QUEEN!. Pop perfection, no skips for me. California Gurls MV is my favorite. Last Friday Night(T.G.I.F), Firework and The One That Got Away too! Who's stans Tommie Sunshine's Megasix Smash-Up? I love this mashup so much! Love this album so much. 4. PRISM It's very emotional album. I mean, 1 to 8 tracks is so much fun and catchy. And 9 to 16 tracks, so emotional. I feel like i'll carried the bucket of tears while listening this album. Double Rainbow and By The Grace Of God deserves a single. I need more time to listen this album again. No hate and stop sleeping on This Is How We Do! It's so good, fun, catchy, etc. 5. One Of The Boys I love this album too. Make me feel like back to 2000's. Her vocal is so raw and amazing vocalist. I love the very rock album. I love this photo cover too. It's makes me like very summery. No skips for me. If You Can Afford Me still deserves a single. But love this album so much. I mean, I'm not gonna say something about "Mannequin". It's fun. 6. MTV Unplugged Love this so much. Hackensack is on my playlist. Her voice is so like, smooth, but not much and raw. The photo cover, she's look so cute! I love her so much! Aaahhh! 7. Katy Hudson I love this album and the photo cover. Very christian/gospel rock song. But I don't listen much with this album. I'll listen with this album again like another year or more. There's no skips for me. I mean, this album dropped on 2001, i still didn't borned. I borned 14th November 2005. My favorite song is all of them. Such a bop and masterpiece. There's no worst album of Katy. My favorite songs of Katy Perry is all of them. The droplets and unreleased too. Love your video so much. You look good and cute. Keep up the good work!
