I like TTY's attitude. No matter she wins or loses, she is always positive on each game.

TY in another match practice session with Sindhu. TY toyed with her at will and Sindhu had no idea where the next deception stroke will be. I think TY has elevated her game to a much higher level than the rest. She is already a legend. It is a treat to watch TY and we are lucky to see a player in women’s singles of her caliber in the arena.
@gohenhui15196 жыл бұрын
Spectre007 totally agree it’s privilege to hv chance to witness this I follow Tai since day 1 n witness her improvement the main difference with other players is she is treating every match n tournaments like practice courts her stamina her skills her mental strength no other player can match

So true. We are indeed witnessing genius.

You speak is so well, I think TTY's status is so hard to challenge, consists in she can adapt to the environment, such a deformed player perhaps hard to deal with.
Absolutely entertaining commentary to cover excellent performance from TTY. Thank you.

TY IS TOO GOOD OF A PLAYER. I feel sad to say this but it was just way too easy for TY. TY was practising all her shots and getting it damm right
@rksmith52736 жыл бұрын
PV Sindu in other videos taken in India often tells her audience that she has beaten TTY in the past like in League play. Until PV Sindu can put down her pride and realize that she is just on a lower level than TTY, she will never dominate her. PV is not in the same physical condition nor is mentally prepared for TTY. TTY is tactically and technically more proficient than most any other SW players today. She is simply awesome. A close second is RI when she is at her best.
@mingkhor35786 жыл бұрын
I think that Ratchanok Intanon is equal or even slightly better at her best
@rksmith52736 жыл бұрын
If both played at there best, TTY would dominate the match for one simple reason, RI is not in as great shape as TTY.
@forreal226 жыл бұрын
Absolutely agree. Also, who cares about league matches honestly - for example, the one where Sindhu “beat” Tai in India didn’t even follow the same scoring system - how convenient

Agree. Not anymore

Well said - TTY is better than PV Sindu in every aspect of her game besides power, but TTY has the guile and precision to more than compensate for that. In the interview with BWF, when asked about her recent string of good results, TTY said she likes to reset after every match - win or lose - and not dwell in the past. All the other female players need to have this humility if they ever want to catch up to TTY.
@dtdyvr6 жыл бұрын
it seems every game is TTY's to win or lose - her opponents very seldom hit winners against her. rather, their points come from her mistakes...

I have to disagree with steen on this issue. He said technical players(tai,yamaguchi,ratchanok, okuhara) are overtaking physical players(marin, sindhu). Tai is just dominant over every one not just sindhu. Sindhu is not in such dire states and always stands a chance of winning against akane, okuhara and ratchanok. Worlds and asian games would be interesting.
@johnnyliuphoto6 жыл бұрын
uday Gadge uday Gadge his point is that fitness is easier to train and improve while technicals are much harder to learn at this stage of their career... so if the technical players can improve their fitness levels they stand a better chance at winning.
@udaygadge60646 жыл бұрын
thats true but apart from TTY, it's not like other players are miles ahead of sindhu, yamaguchi and okuhara have better technical skills, but they have trouble breaking sindhu's defence and retrieving ability while sindhu's attack can penetrate their defence.
@johnnyliuphoto6 жыл бұрын
You're right. In the end its important to be a well-rounded player, and Sindhu fits that better than most other technique players who often lack fitness or a very good attacking ability. IMO, I prefer to watch players like TTY or RI as it's more interesting to me :)
@mkal1006 жыл бұрын
My view point on Sindhu is apart from physical fitness and height Sindhu has , she needs to change her game to more aggressive style and use her height to her advantage , Besides when you are down on points , You should be more positive ( body langauage says it ) to win and move ahead like the Best Quality in Tai . She Tai can reverse her position when the going is bad ...that’s where Sindhu needs to improve an develop .

None of these comments give Sindu any credit whatsoever for playing well. While I agree TTY should be ranked #1, Sinsu is #3. Did anyone happen happen to notice that she won the second set? Sindu has beaten TTY three times. I think she is a great player not yet quite on TTY level but close. Given her young age she may in time be on same level soon. Good match. Better player won.
Tom Wang TTY when in 2012-2015 was always overshadowed by Chinese players and her performances were inconsistent sometimes. And the result was after the 2016 Olympics and she's rising up now.

Fighifary R. Sofandi Totally agree with you. TTY like nobody else is born but becomes prodigy. She has built up a great drive inside her to become so. One day, by age or by other factor, TTY will certainly concedes her title but her record will be very hard to break for very long time.

@@midnightdew6536 adams apple grows in males through puberty and not in women, maybe the growth of tty has been enhanced with male hormones or maybe surgery has created a female from a male? TTY does have the mannerisms of a male.
