Great interpretation and piece selection! I'm at the moment studying this piece, and I just saw in the description the model of the harpsichord and noticed, it's the same harpsichord model I have (1624 model of Ioannes Ruckers). I really hope this video helps me improving this piece, and it seems it does! With this video, I can also learn about the historical context, thank you for this amazing piece interpretation!

Also, the fact that the original manuscript doesn't have any digitation on it is a bit strange to see. I guess in the compilation of inventions, at the first pages you can find the original digitation (there's no evidence for this to be true).

I'm afraid the treble B natural is flat relative to the tenor one, this is evident already in bar 1. Also why don't you play the marked trill on the long held bass note?

That's a finesse of hearing I don't have! Dealing with historical keyboard instruments (as well as a lot of modern organs) everything is always somewhat out of tune, and each instrument has a different temperament on it, so I'm completely desensitised...
