Hi, I know how to grow the cartilage back in knees and it's very easy. It's proven to grow back the cartilage and prevent the need for surgery in patients who had upcoming knee surgery. It's a very simple isometric exercise: you sit on the ground with your legs straight out in front of you. You take turns trying to press the back of each knee into the floor and holding it for about 10 seconds. Keep alternating until you get bored or tired, or about 10 times each. It feels so easy, but the next day your muscles around the knee will be very sore, making you realise how weak they were. In a short while, the muscles grow to support the knee as they're intended to, so it's no longer bone on bone. They hold the knee up and in that space, the cartilage grows back. You can find the study on PubMed and the exercises on YT. When I saw that study, I told my teacher who was scheduled for surgery and she grew her knee back and cancelled the surgery. Now I have all my family, friends, and neighbours doing the exercise, because so many people have knee pain and ignore it. There are other isometric exercises for the knee, but this one is the most important and powerful.

What is the point of that? Firstly, these are really personal informations and to show a medical report online could be misused. Secondly- if you need this kind of evidence so badly, you wouldn't heal at all... it's about your limiting beliefs and problems to trust the people and in the work... Joe Dispenza has proven in studies that this work works - there are evidence based so the is prove if you want to search for it you will find it. But if you don't do this work and you are just a skeptic it's Ok.

All the people who provide testimonials provide their medical proof to Dr Joe's team, but it obviously can't be shared online or the public. Dr Joe encourages getting whatever you are experiencing properly documented. You should read the book Dying to Be Me, by Anita Moorjani. She didn't heal through meditation, but during a Near Death Experience as she was on life support, when stage 4 cancer caused her organs to begin to shut done, just so her family could get there to say their goodbyes. She walked out of the hospital 6 weeks later and healed fully. It's a very well documented case that has been studied by many over the years. These things happen all the time, but the medical field don't talk about them because in their narrow world is not possible.

Joe dispenza doesn't have any studies proving anything beyond some basic immune function boost, which you'd find in anyone who does some kind of meditation or heart coherence training.
