Slide 1: Kangaroo squats (8-15 reps, 3 sets)
Slide 2: wall elevated deep squats (5-8 reps, 3 sets)
Slide 3: wall squats elevated calf raises (8-15 reps, 3 sets)
Slide 4: elevated stiff leg deadlifts (8-15 reps, 3 sets)
Slide 5: elevated single leg lunges (8-15 reps each side, 3 sets)
Slide 6: stiff leg deadlifts (8-15 reps, 3 sets)
