I bought this car recently with the main intention of having driving comfort. But I am regretting it now due to the following reasons. 1. My back is sweating if I drive the car even for 1 hour and there is no use even if I turn on full AC. I am feeling very uncomfortable to drive after an hour and long drives might cause even more discomfort to me. This defeats the very purpose of my buying this car. 2. I recently dashed another car slightly during a traffic jam. The car's technology did not apply automatic break although it was claimed so by the company. So, the safety has become a concern now. 3. BYD's roadside assistance is very basic as the customer has to pay for any damage that happens during towing. In my case, I was asked to pay around 3.5 lakhs for towing damages. Because the insurance pays only for accidental damage but not for the towing damage. So, I am made responsible for the damage caused by BYD. I did not even complete my first 1000 km. I am now wondering what I gained by buying this car. ...

Please check the content which the user is providing because I have a atto 3 and I don’t get these charging times like how can a 7 kv charger charge a 60kwh battery in 2 hours simple common sense and there is no sport edition this colour is a limited edition colour but there is no version like sport . Lane keep assist can be turned of in settings . They don’t have to cut any wires or sensors. Please cross verify the content provided and also correct the owner when possible. My user experience 😅 I have driven around 10k kilometres within a month so I guess I can share my taughts about the car The car is very stable at very high speeds around 200kmph it doesn’t have any body role or any other problems The Adas features are good the lane keep assist is also good but the emergency braking is too intrusive while taking a quick cut on high speeds The car lacks ventilated seats it is provided in the international models The white portion in the interior gets dirty fast even after doing a ceramic cote Bucket seats are good for driving but long travels with old people will give them a back pain as the bolsters are not adjustable The car supports 80kwh charging which is sufficient enough for the current state of charging network The car has a very good performance and is very stable The ambient lights are very funky it’s a plus sometime and sometimes not The rear seat is a bit low so we have to sit a bit thighs up The nfc card is a very useful feature as we don’t have to carry the key There is no ignition mode in the car There is no dedicated switch to control the ac temperature which has to be controlled with the screen which can disturb the driver With all negatives and positives I really like this car I also own a bmw 530d and a mg zs ev ( this is my second ev ) so with a tough comparison with both these cars I really love the Byd for long travels and I prefer the mg zs ev for city runs Cauz it is a more peppy car and a bit narrow so easier to come out of traffic
