Very nice. I do prefer the white seats. That glass roof will not work in hot climates like mine. Please let me know how good the AC is in very hot weather (+35°C) as that's a worrying factor for me when it comes to certain vehicles. Thanks for the video. Thanks for visiting. I am in Thailand and it can be quite hot here. I have done a video on temperature in the car. The fact that the glass roof has a silver metallic coating helps as do the included sun blinds

Proximity key yes. One pedal driving, no. Heated Steering wheel, in some countries I believe it does.

Congratulations! I actually ordered the RWD LR - 5.9 seconds is plenty fast enough for me, but they had no stock so I took the AWD. Driving in ECO mode is plenty fast enough and quite refined. I tried one quick launch in sport mode and it was completely crazy.

Thanks for this. Can you please confirm if the sunshade is for the sunroof or the windscreen? I'll definitely want to be using a sunshade on the roof in Australia to prevent unwanted heat when parked in the sun.

It’s for the roof, if you read the brochure on BYD Australia’s sure it clarifies :)

@@Clove_Parma BYD in Dandenong Vic tell me that it won't come with the sunshade but can be purchased as an extra - lot of confusion about what's included and not included...they also tell me it comes with a dashcam but others insist it doesn't 🤷‍♂️

Is there any chance you would be able to measure the front plate holder on the vehicle as I'm looking to replace my personalised plates and want to make sure they fit? I'm hoping the Australia spec doesn't vary too much for the spec of yours? Also does the rear of the vehicle have a rear mounting plate bracket or does it just get fitted to the body of the vehicle?

@dowphotography Front mounting - the front of the car isn’t flat 33cm x 17cm. Rear - the diffuser has a flat middle section and the plate is attached to it without mount

Can you tell us the kwh per 100 km figure with your car. I am planning on buying this model also.

My friend has the same car and he recently did a long road trip where he kept to the speed limit and didn’t drive the car enthusiastically and he achieved very close to the claimed range of 580km about 16kWh per 100km. I have been having fun with the car and getting closer to 20kWh per 100km. If you’re more interested in efficiency buy the RWD. I power my car from home solar so I don’t really care too much about efficiency

@@teachermurray7350 My best suggestion for a longer range is to engage Adaptive Cruise Control and sit back and enjoy a relaxing ride. However, the car is such fun to drive, that I find it difficult to not drive it enthusiastically
