I'm gonna do this every day and update every five days to tell y'all if it works! . First five days: A bit sore, but so far, not much of a difference. I do see a SLIGHT difference, and feel so much more refreshed. stay tuned. • Updating on the 8th day instead of the 10th: I have been doing this workout twice a day, with avoiding junk food, bread, (most) meat, and only drinking water. Working out before bed has helped me sleep better, which is a huge plus. Again, not much of a significant difference. It's only really been how I'm feeling and not looking. I've been kinda sore, but it's not as bad as the first couple days. ill update in 5 days y'all!! • I decided to wait until the 20th day to update again. Some of the reason being I forgot to update, bit most of it being the fact that I didn't expect to see results after only a couple days. After 20 days, I have lost 10.7 pounds. Not a huge milestone, but it made me really happy. The workout got easy around day 10, but for some reason it started to get hard again. I'm very sore again but I've powered through it 🤷♀️ I'll update again on the 30th day!! You guys can do this

Ayanna Suresh honestly. It doesn’t even have to be this exact video. But with 30 min of activity, and some healthy eating habits. It’s amazing how quickly you can see results. Cut out alcohol and chips for a month or limit it to once a week. And stop eating 3 hours before bed minimum. If you want to take it further. Try not to eat more when your body feel satisfied at breakfast, lunch dinner. Stop before that point where you’re saying ‘omg I’m so full’. It really helped me. Try to do small /realistic goals and the effort really adds up. It’s just about balance. If you’re not too active, your body probably doesn’t require as much food as much as you just want to eat for fun. (Which I do all the time) I allow myself to enjoy life but if I eat bad one day. I workout a bit longer to compensate. Sorry for the texts wall. But just in case no one replies to you, even though I’m not the original. I do use this video a lot when I’m too lazy or broke to go to spin class or workout classes. Honestly, those or the best motivators for me. Maybe find something that motivates you. I tend to slack less when there’s someone to guide me. Forgot to mention. I would at minimum do like 3 times a week for 20-30 min. But more if you can spare the time. But I’m a student and work a full time job so that’s why I go to classes that I know I paid for as I don’t want to waste my money haha

Doing this every day! I’ll try to update you guys (2 days in) I have been eating fairly well and doing this workout and I have lost 1 lbs. I’ll update in 5 days (One week in??) I have gone down 2 lbs and 3 in total! I don’t see too much of a difference but there is definitely something happening. I’ll update in a week! ( 3 days later) I’ve lost 2 more lbs and 5 in total! I’m at 197 and I was 202-203 range and I’m feeling very good! This workout is definitely helping me! (Week later) I’m 195/196 and I feel so great! I love this workout and it definitely works! I’m seeing results now I look a little slimmer so it’s great! (Like 5 days later idk) I have lost another lbs but it still varies from 194-195, i am doing this workout every other day with tennis in between each day. Definitely seeing a difference and still going strong! Update next week! (Week later) OMG GUYS!!! I’ve lost my first 10 lbs! It only took a month! Trust me this workout is great! I’m 192 now!! (Like two months later) Hey everyone!! I’ve been doing more treadmill and weights recently but I still sometimes do this workout, I’m 185 and feeling great!

Day one: My hips hurt. But I’m looking forward till tomorrow. Day two: Hips and knees hurt but I definitely feel the burn in my lower back and abdomen. Day three: Omg it’s becoming easier to kick my legs higher and I don’t puff as much. I’ve lost 1.4 Kgs since. I definitely feel the strain every time I kick my legs in the air. Day four: Was so tired within the first few minutes of this workout lol but I managed!. Day five: Oh my god. This had me huffing and puffing. I sweated a lot!. But I felt good!. Day six: I had a lot of cramping due to getting my period but it was instantly relieved, doing this exercise. I wasn’t going to do it because I was sore but I’m thankful I did. I’m starting to feel more energetic.

I am slightly over my ideal weight, I have done these exercises for 4 days now and have lost 2 kg, eating all the foods I enjoy, my waist and belt area is slimmer, I can't wait to see the results in a month or at least 6-8 weeks, it is still a bit hard to do but the more you do it the stronger your body becomes and the easier the work out gets. Day 1: super easy Day 2: my body was so sore and doing the workout was much harder than yesterday. I had to stop at 14:22 because I got very dizzy. In the video she says that it’s ok to stop and take a break or slow down, and I think that’s important to remember. If I had pushed my self a little harder I knew I would have fainted, because I know how much my body can handle. I think it might be because I don’t drink enough water:( Even tho I didn’t finish the workout for today, I know there’s always tomorrow where I can try harder, and u should definitely keep that in mind I’ll update u guys tomorrow! Day 3 + 4: I don’t see many changes but I know this workout helps. I’m super bloated right now because I’m on my period, so I know I’m not gonna see any change anyway. But I’m still gonna do it! Working out on your period helps with cramps! I’ll update u guys tomorrow

Just want to say thank you! Because I suffer with severe asthma and I struggling to any intense exercise before I found your video, I was watching other videos where I was running on the spot doing star jumps and all sorts which I could only do for about 5 mins until my asthma kicked in and then I couldn’t breath!🤷🏼♀️ this is the only video where I can breath but also sweat and feel the benefit and also do the whole video without having to stop!😊 so thank you!!! I’m going to give an update every week to hopefully see some difference. Day 1: Started doing it definitely feel sore and nakered after the exercise but really determined to loose some weight. Really want some chocolate right now 😂. Day 9: Brillaint! I’ve managed to loose 6 pounds which is something, I’m very proud of myself but hopefully can loose even more to get to the weight I want 🤗.

I made it to 15:50 I’m pretty proud of myself. I’m a mom, my child is now 1, I’m very self conscious and don’t like my body. I hope this works out, I definitely felt the burn :) I’ll try to come back and post an update. 12•7•19 186 lbs. •The next day, I feel a little sore. I can tell that the workout had effect on me and works. Just by sweating and doing physical activity, I had gone down to 185 (It’s only going to get a little tougher) it was more then what I do in a day, and I’m going to 100% make sure I stick to this :)

I've been doing this for 4 days. The second day I felt really sore in a good way. I've changed my diet to a way healthier one. Making sure to eat fruits and veggies every day. I always go out for a 20 minn jog in the morning. Will update in 4 days to see if there are results. But I have been feeling happier and more energetic so that's good. Ok so its currently the 26th of July and I've been doing is for at least 2 weeks plus other exercises and eating healthy. I've definitely felt mentally and physically a change. My tummy is indeed flatter. I feel more energised and less lazy amazing.

Okayyy soo I'll be posting updates on the workout's result: Day 1: I was able to do all the workout, I kinda stopped like once or twice just to take breath but mostly it was good! Actually way easier than floor workouts. I really enjoyed that one, surprisingly. I'm feeling good! My weight today was between 67 and 68kg. Day 2: Honestly, today's workout was way harder than yesterday's, I was so sore and just wanted to stop so many times, even at the beginning. I am so happy that I didn't because the satisfaction I am feeling right now is worth it! Update on my weight (this morning before breakfast/eating anything): 67.5kg. Day 3: Today was way better than yesterday, I usually would feel tired 7min in, but now I don't get tired as fast! I am feeling really good! While weighing myself this morning I got shocked by the result, I am 66.7kg (that was in the morning before eating anything, usually my weight changes after drinking water or eating). Let's see tomorrow if this is my actual weight or if it's just changing and adjusting! Day 4: I actually didn't workout today, it was my cheat day so yeah... Day 5: I didn't workout either but I ate kinda healthy, but not sooo much... tomorrow will be better! Day 6: I DID workout today, it felt the same as day 3. I am eating healthy. I added some planks o my workout just to compensate the last 2 days. my weight was 66.7kg This morning. Goodthing I didn't gain a lot!

Hi Sanela, thanks for the guidance. Started the video today . Thought it was too easy as it started but felt the burn midway. After completing the workout I read the reviews ,they really motivated me . Will document my journey . DAY 2 : I am lean and wear high waist clothes these days , today when I wore the low waist leggings while working out I realised that I need to tone up the mid section . I did 45 mins of Yoga and then this workout. Feeling good about myself for sticking to the challange. Day 3 done Day 4 done Day 5 done , dont c any difference but feel happy that I made an effort towards something that matters and hope to get the results that I aspire to , Thanks Sanela Day 6 Rest Day 7 back to the workout , feeling stronger and added a few reps and increased the speed ,feeling Happy. Day 8 much stronger and sweating a lot . It helped me increase my strength and am able to hold my asanas in yoga for a little longer. Loving the energy. Thanks :) Day 9 Done and feeling more pepped Day 10 done Day 11 Rest Day 12 done Day 13 done and I can see a little change in my body . With 2 burgers in 2 weeks 🤣 Day 14 Done and my junk craving has cut down , Happy :) Day 15 Rest Day 16 Did a 1 hour yoga flow followed by this workout and felt dead after completing it :) Day 17 Break Day 18 practice continued, sweating more Day 19 integrated ankle weights in the last to sets on my wrists it was much more harder Day 20 rest , friends have started observing a difference and so have I. I feel and look leaner. Day 21 Done with 2 sets without weights and 2 sets with weights for all the reps . Day 22 Done Day 23 did all the sets without extra weights and realised can do more reps without them , ;) Day 24 Rest Day 25 back with the energy Day 26 Done , sweating badly Day 27 Though I was feeling a lil tired , I managed to complete it. Done and feeling much better :) Day 28 Done Day 29 Rest Day 30 Rest Day 31 Done and did not feel tired atall Day 32 Done Day 33 Contemplated foing the work out but did it, feeling super about myself Day 34 completed :) Day 35 skip Day 36 feling guilty about skipping yesterday's workout ,push myself to complete today's, :) Day 37 & 38 rest Day 39 back to basics Day 40 Done Day 41 , There is not much of a difference in the measurements but the waist looks more trimmed and clothes fit better Day 42 Thanks for the motivation, am still on it. Day 43 & 44 Rest Day 45 skip Day 46 Done

I love this. I finished till the end. I did sweat alot. I have arthritis on my spine and i didt feel any discomfort during exercise. I also enjoyed the comments of encouragement they lighted my spirit to keep me going! 💗👍

Just finished day one, I’m doing it for 40 days and see how it’s going to go I’ll keep you updated, today this work out got me breathing and there was some sweat and I could feel my inner muscles and core contracts, hopefully I won’t be really sore tomorrow :)

I have lost 1.5 KGs & 2 inches less in 10 days doing her exercises twice a day with less eating for dinner, less carbs please during the day too. this really works if you do sincerely, can be clubbed with walking if you can. Just finished this workout and I loved it I've just started clean eating and working out its day 2 and I'm loving it the food, makes me feel fuller for longer, I feel good and happy and the workouts are making me feel sore but good too. I loved this one, think it's my personal fave that I'll stick too. I did the ultimate 20 minute abs with Sanela first but didn't feel worked out as much as i wanted so did this one! Sanela you are awesome had me laughing and smiling the whole time. Huge hugs and love to you ❤️

@@boomboom5523 Yes I did beautiful abs and this is the exercise I maintain every week. My diet is eat healthy food and Only eat less. Always drink 8 glass of water every day no softdrinks and junk foods.

Day 7 of this workout and I can tell a big difference and she has such great energy! I just finished this workout and man oh man, did I work out! I'm tired, sweaty,and red but I pulled through and finished! I also did another work out from psyche truth with Sanela so that's why I'm pretty tired out but I'm proud of myself that I did two 20 minute workouts! Thank you. I will continue to do this and see how my results come out. Update: I started working out about 2 and a half weeks ago which was on September 13th and I'm seeing results! 😃 i do this workout every other day and when I do it i also do two lower ab work outs and I started doing intense cardio for 15 minutes. So I do some type of ab workout almost every day. I rest 1 to 3 times a week. I still eat fast food and drink soda. I know it's not healthy but half of the time I don't have a choice. I had 5 kids and my lower belly is really saggy and that's my main thing to get rid of. I'm seeing a shape and also like two dents where my lower belly is on each side which is telling me the workouts are helping out because I never had that before. Also, I measured my waist and it was 30 inches and now I'm at 29 almost 28 in a half. If you want to see results and fast ones, I would recommend doing more than just doing one ab workout a day or every other day.

Mokshada Taurah I actually stopped doing them about 2 months ago. I did them for 2 or three weeks and I was seeing some results.... School is about to start next week and I want to start again but I've been having chest problems unfortunately and I'm scared to exercise knowing I'm having these problems. If i do start them again, I will definitely write back and let y'all know how my results are going. Sorry about that.

Mokshada Taurah My belly looked more skinny.... Actually, I have this shape that I never had before until I started doing these work outs. If I would've kept going, my shape would've gotten better but I stopped.just thinking about it makes me want to start doing it again. I would definitely recommend eating healthy. I tried but sometimes i couldn't and I saw results. I did drink a lot of water though.
