For annyone who needs inspo to loose weight, listen. I was unhappy with my body. Mostly bc of my stomache. I was 12 years old and i was 114 lbs. I hated the way i looked and i only wore big t shirts and bagy pants. I saw other girls whereing rlly cute clothes, and when i tryed my belly bolged out. I wanted a change. So i started working out and eating clean. I woke up early and worked out for at least 30 mins everyday. I dident stick to anny diet, just made sure i wasent eating junk food and i stayed on the right path. Im still working to my main goal, 95 pounds, but after 2 weeks, i stand proundly at 106 lbs. Dont give up on what you want. Dont say "tomarrow i will start being heathly and work out" say "Now." Dont give up. Be a fighter. Be strong. Be a warrior.

Day 1: my stomach hurts Day 2: felt worse than day one for some reason but I'm kinda getting the hang of it Day 3: i did these exercises on my own without the video Day 4: stomach kinda hurts Day 5: I've been doing the exercises faster Day 6: a see a small change in my stomach Day 7: getting better at this Day 8: i skipped today but I'll get back at doing these exercises tmr Day 9: Getting easier It's been a few months but I'm going to start doing it again Day 1: I've just got finished with it and usually on the first day, you get tired, which I am right now, I can't really catch my breath 😂 (I've skipped a couple days since I've been a bit busy and didn't really worry about excersing) Day 2: seemed a bit easier than last time I did it...I can really feel the burn in my stomach.

Well, I never made comment in any of youtube videos. But just want to take the burden out. I never took my weight into considerations. I always gained weight and lose it back. Last April, my father had a heart attack and I was alone to handle it on my own. That was my realization point, when I failed to hold him tighter when he collasped infront of me. In the ICU section, the lift was not working and I got out of breathe climbing on two floors. I could walk faster and felt how unhealthy I am. 5'1 and 70kg. 20kg overweight. I prayed to god to give me enough strength that time coz I dont want to lose my dad. By God's grace he is fine now. But, I started my journey to be healthy since then. I am eating clean and working hard I could each day. We need to do it for our loved one guys. If we are not healthy we cant take care of our loved one at all. Best of luck to all the people out there. P.s : Lost 7kg till now.

I started doing this workout about a month ago and I am petty proud of myself. I have been working hard and I am able to do 5 sets of 20 during the same amount of time! 😀 I do one exercise wait for 10 seconds and then do the next. Sometimes I am on opposite ones but I am still getting my 5 sets of 20 done! 👍🏻

I really want to lose some of the weight in the mid-section. My goal is to be able to at one time feel confident in a bikini. Day 1- I feel good. I feel like I am doing better already. Her voice and attitude makes me want to keep going. Day 2- Easier, going faster, it’s actually kinda relaxing and fun. Day 3-Sleepover~ Couldn’t do exersise. Day 4- Same as day 2. Very relaxing, feels good after I’m done.

I was so incicure about my body and one month of not eating junk food and doing these exercises in in good shape I can not tell you how incicure I was I didn't let anyone touch me and always said tomorrow im going to workout but didn't instead I kept eating junk food this really helped me and the way she motivated me is so incredible. Don't say tomorrow say today fight like the person's you know you are

This video is awesome I started and I weighed 143 on a full belly like after I eat a meal and I weighed 140 on an empty stomach now I weigh 138 on an empty stomach and 140 on a full belly this does work and I woke up the next day I weigh 137 keep doing it it works!!!

So the first day I tried this I did this everyday after school Day 1: not bad felt good Day 2 My mid section started hurting more but felt good Day 3 I weigh myself and lost 6 pounds! I was very proud of myself I definitely recommend this , today is day 3 im gonna come back tomorrow and do it Juts take notes : I pushed myself harder and did it faster and more times than she did so try that . My goal is 100 pounds only 34 pounds away!

I'm 5'5 and I weigh 139 Pounds my goal is around 100-108 I will keep updating everyday. [ Day 1] It doesnt hurt but I do feel sweat. Number three is a little hard with the balancing but I hope I get used to it. [Day 2] I just finished I lost a couple of pounds during this, I really like the way that she is like talking to us and Gives us courage. I'm still sweating but she helps alot. I just finished this work out and I'm a beginner and I finished the whole work out and I'm tired and sweaty and red but I did it! This started out as a personal project to try and lose the weight that I've carried all my life (I'm 23). As of this morning, I have been watching and following your videos for 19 days straight; watching the same video every morning until I could maintain each position for just as long as she could before moving on) Last week, I convinced my bf (an avid gym attendee) to do a session of yoga with me one morning. Suffice to say, he was genuinely impressed by the amount of effort it took for him to follow along with the video (I know his pain, but I'd already been doing this exercise for the past 3 mornings prior so I could hold for longer!) Now it's part of our morning rituals to do a 20 minute yoga session together and help adjust each other as needed! Thank you, Sanela!

I'm a 15 year old and I'm 171 lbs. I'm quite overweight and I need to lose 35 pounds. Wish me luck Day 1: It was quite challenging but felt great afterwards (mentally) my stomach hurt. Day 2: it was harder than day 1 for some reason. But i did it. Day 3: I had to study for a test tomorrow so couldn't do it. Day 4: Did the workout felt more active. Hope Sanela read this. I found this video in end of June 2019. After a month following and doing this exercise, I lose around 7kg. In June, I was 66kg. Now (early August 2019) I am 59kg. And I proudly fit with bikini. Thanks Sanela. I am very comfortable with your technic mix with some cute action. It's my 4th yoga session. But this is the most intense one that I tried. My stomach hurts so bad. I never felt this pain before. And as I look back at the comments, I saw that I am not the only one who is experiencing this stomach pain thing. Huhuhu! But I won't give up

Day 1- my stomach kinda hurts and i did a bit more when the video finished. Day 2- my left side was sore but it kinda became easier Day 3- definitely easier
