Sir 1st question ans is. A) Arunachal Pradesh (520 km), Nagaland (215), Manipur (398)& Mizoram (510km) shares the boundary with Myanmar B) According to Free Movement Regime (FRM) - Tribes can travel upto16 km inside the borders of each other countries without the visa.. And 2 question ans is- Article 254(2) - It enables a state government to pass a law ,on any subject in the concurrent list,that may contradict a Central law ,provided it gets the President's assent..😊

In case of a conflict between the Central law and the state law on a subject enumerated in the Concurrent List, the Central law prevailsover the state law. But, there is an exception. If the state law has been reserved for the consideration of the president and has received his assent, then the state law prevails in that state.

In case of a conflict between the union law and the state law on a subject enumerated in the concurrent list the union law prevails over the state law There is an exception: If the state law has been reserved for the consideration of the president and has received his assent,then the state law prevails in that state

The effect of Article 254(2), the Supreme Court said in the case of Hoechst Pharm Ltd. v. State of Bihar, that the result of obtaining the assent of the president in respect to a state act which was inconsistent with a previous union law relating to a concurrent subject would be that, the state law would prevail in that state and it would override the provisions of the Central act in that state only.
